SIMON FONG WAH

Creative Producer / Director

Simon, our visionary leader, is exceptional at uniting the team and exceeding client expectations.

His journey began 25 years ago at film school, where he laid the foundation for his expertise in film and professional video production. Simon further refined his skills at various production studios before founding Sonder Studios, aiming to create a creative sanctuary for film enthusiasts.

Throughout his career, Simon has been involved in a diverse range of productions, from music bands to major brands. As a Creative Producer, he ensures every project under his guidance reaches its full potential.

CONOR TONER

Writer / Editor

Conor is a Self shooting writer-director from Armagh.

He graduated from the University of Leeds in Film, Photography and Media and went on to work in Leeds’s oldest independent cinema, the Hyde Park Picture House while continuing to make short, experimental films.

Collaborating with Sonder Studios began in 2020 and has continued working with us in various roles, including as DOP, editor and director. Alongside this he has continued to make his own short films under the film production company, Colette’s Garage.

RAUL ONYETT

Videographer / Editor

Raul is a videographer and editor with a passion for creating cinematic, story‑driven visuals. He has explored projects across sports documentaries, record‑label social content, and lifestyle shoots, experiences that helped shape his focus on honest and emotive storytelling.

With over eight years of experience, Raul has worked with major fashion brands as well as smaller, independent projects, developing a style rooted in fluid camera work, thoughtful pacing, and strong narrative flow. At Sonder Studios, he brings a fresh and collaborative approach, aiming to create work that feels authentic and connects with audiences.

JENNIFER PETERS

Photography

Jen is an experienced photographer who specialises in lifestyle and product photography.

With over fifteen years in the industry, she combines technical expertise with a keen eye for detail to create compelling visuals that elevate brands and drive sales. Jen has collaborated with a diverse range of clients, from startups to established retailers such as ASDA & Morrisons, ensuring that each product shines in its best light.

Her passion for storytelling through images and commitment to quality have made her a trusted partner in the fast-paced world of online retail.

CRAIG MURFIN

Director of Photography

Craig is a DOP and Camera Operator based in Leeds, who specialises in Commercial and Branded Video content.

Over the years Craig has worked on a wide variety of content such as Music Videos, Short Narrative Films, Corporate Content, and Sports, but more recently he has worked on campaign films for fashion and beauty brands. With a keen eye for detail Craig always wants to create the best content he can for brands of all sizes treating every job with enthusiasm and passion.
